The Escort Bible for that cathedral city of Bury St Edmunds
An archeological dig in 2010 uncovered Bury St Edmunds Bronze Age origins. Additionally they observed Roman artefacts. The town was a royal borough on the Saxons and bought its name on account of it becoming the burial area of King Edmund The Martyr, who was killed through the Danes in 869. Apparently lots of miracles were carried out on the martyr
